Worth the time and a good value! Very good instructors and only 1-2 goalies per coach. My son looks forward to his goalie center sessions. I admit I was a little skeptical about whether the video recording and playback would be helpful at a fairly young age, but it opened my son’s eyes to what he’s actually doing vs. what he thought he was doing in certain situations. Participating has helped him improve his game considerably!
When participating in MEGA programs you can expect to learn not only the most current methods of goaltending but also give you the time and repetitions to discover which methods work best for you.
In addition, MEGA coaches are passionate about developing the type of mental skills that will not only serve you well in the crease, but later in life as well.
